The hotel Evropa belong to best know architectural buildings on Wenceslas Square. The hotel was built in 1889 by architect Belsky. Originally the hotel has name “U arcivévody Stěpána”. In 1903 to 1905 the hotel was changed to Jugend still art by architects Bendelmayer, Hubschmann and Letzel. The group of the statues are from sculptor Ladislava Salouna.
The hotel has 90 rooms some with own or shared bathrooms. The hotel also has 3 apartments. Some of the rooms are in Ludvik XVI style. In the hotel is wonderful café and secession restaurant with typical Czech and international meals. There is also summer garden café.
