GENERAL COMMERCIAL CONDITIONS FOR GROUPS

1. Group
The group is characterized as 5 rooms (as minimum) or 15 guests (arrival and departure at the same day). Prices are same as those for individuals.

2. Price
By the price it is meant 1 night, 1 room, breakfast, VAT and all the chargesinel.

3. Payment
The total price of the whole accommodation is covered in advance by a credit card or by a bank transfer. The bill with the credit card selling document will send to you by e-mail.

4. Conditions for the cancellation of group reservation
Cancellation 30 – 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date of the group: minus 25% of the whole amount for the whole reservation (the rest of the amount will be refunded to you). Cancellation 14 - 8 days prior to the scheduled arrival date of the group: minus 50% of the whole amount for the whole reservation (the rest of the amount will be refunded to you). Cancellation 7 - 0 days prior to the scheduled arrival date of the group: minus 100% of the whole amount for the whole reservation. Remark: In case your cancellation comes in time, the whole amount will be refunded to you.
